Anthropic's Revenue Soars, Collaborates with Apple (AAPL) on AI Platform

Anthropic, supported by Amazon (AMZN) and known as a rival to OpenAI, has seen its annual revenue skyrocket to $4 billion, a fourfold increase since the start of the year. The company's current valuation stands at $61.5 billion. Anthropic has developed advanced AI applications for coding, enhancing its reputation in the tech industry.

Apple (AAPL, Financial) is collaborating with Anthropic to develop an AI-driven platform aimed at assisting developers in writing, editing, and testing code. This partnership could potentially support Apple's anticipated Siri upgrade, moving away from relying solely on its own models.

Additionally, Anysphere, a company offering an AI-based programming application called "Cursor," also relies on Anthropic's technology. Anysphere recently hired two leaders from Anthropic's "Claude Code" team. The company is valued at $9.9 billion and achieved an annual recurring revenue of $500 million last month.
