Okay. Thank you, Gigi. Good morning, everyone. My name is Muneer Satter, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aerpio Pharmaceuticals. It's a pleasure to welcome every -- to welcome all of our stockholders and visitors to the 2020 Annual Meeting of Aerpio Pharmaceuticals. This meeting is being held in accordance with the company's bylaws and Delaware law and is being held virtually. We have stockholders attending via the web portal we've provided. The meeting is now called to order.
I've asked James Xu of Goodwin Procter, our outside legal counsel, to record the minutes. Before proceeding to the formal business, I would like to introduce the directors and officers of the company who are with us today.
