Good to go? Okay. Thank you, everyone, for joining us. Really excited to have with us American Airlines. My name is Peter Arment, senior aerospace and defense analyst here at Baird. Joining us up on stage, and he's going to give a presentation, is Doug Parker, who's the Chairman and CEO, a longtime airline executive and has been with American as CEO since, I believe, 2013.
So with that, I'll turn it over to you, Doug.
All right. Thank you. Thank you, everyone, for being here and your interest. I'd take some time here, tell you about American and where we stand today and then continue to questions you may have.
So first, we just, last week, announced our third quarter results. In some sense -- earnings up 16%, EPS up 20% -- in some sense, you can look at it and say those look like nice performance. But the fact of the matter is it should have been much better than that.
