Hello, and welcome to the 2020 Annual Meeting of Arbor Realty Trust. It is my pleasure to turn today's meeting over to Mr. Ivan Kaufman, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

Good morning. This meeting will come to order. Ladies and gentlemen, I am Ivan Kaufman, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Arbor Realty Trust. I want to welcome all of you to the 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders and the first such meeting we have conducted virtually. I hope each of you and your families are healthy and safe.
I will serve as Chairman of the meeting. And Mr. John Bishar, the Corporate Secretary of Arbor Realty Trust, will serve as Secretary of the meeting.
