That sounds great. Thanks much, Ritu. I'd like to start just with a few highlights, again, as you say, to level set.
First, we're driving NUPLAZID growth in PDP. In 2020, we achieved net sales of $441.8 million, representing 30% year-over-year growth. We continue to add new prescribers and new patients and see high adherence among our continuing PDP patients.
