Will the meeting please come to order? (foreign language) Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Vagn Sørensen, Chairman of the Board of Air Canada. I shall be chairing this meeting.
I'd like to welcome you to Air Canada's Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders. I'm especially pleased that the meeting is taking place here in Toronto, home to nearly 15,000 employees of Air Canada and our subsidiaries, Air Canada Rouge, Air Canada Vacations as well as our primary hub of operations.
I'd now like to introduce the people with me on the podium. Seated on my immediate left is Calin Rovinescu, our President and Chief Executive Officer; next to him is Carolyn Hadrovic, our Vice President and Corporate Secretary, who'll act as the secretary of the meeting; followed by Michael Rousseau, our Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
