Okay, great. Welcome, everybody, to the fireside chat Axcelis. I am Quinn Bolton; I cover the semiconductor and semiconductor capital equipment stocks for Needham. It's my pleasure to have on stage with me Kevin Brewer, CFO, and Doug Lawson, Vice President of Marketing and Strategy for Axcelis.
And I'll start, because we met for breakfast or just happened to be at the same breakfast table and Doug mentioned they love these fireside chats because they don't need to spend 10 minutes going through the 40-year corporate history. And of course, my first question was walk us through the 40 years of Axcelis, the consolidation in the space. And so, without trying to take 10 minutes, kind of talk to us about consolidation in the ion implant market and the current competitive landscape.
