Thank you. Good morning to those joining us in the United States, and good evening to those in Asia. I am David Wang, the Chairman of the Board, President and CEO of ACM Research. I will also be serving as the Chair of this meeting. On behalf of the Board, it is my privilege to welcome you to ACM's 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, which we are again hosting by live webcast.
