Good morning, everybody. Welcome to our midyear analyst conference call. Let's just start with some general remarks. We have communicated today a change in our personnel and on our Executive Board and that is -- we have communicated some changes in the Executive Board. I think we have found a very good combination of continuity and innovation and [real blood] for the Executive Board.
As you've heard, I will retire from the Executive Board with the annual shareholder meeting next year and hope to be elected/appointed to the Supervisory Board from then on. This is possible according to the rules of the Austrian Stock Exchange against the -- with the Corporation Act.
