Hi, good morning, my name is Bill Peterson. I work with Harlan Sur at the semiconductor and semiconductor equipment team. We're pleased to have Paul Oldham, Advanced Energy's CFO; and Edwin Mok, the VP of Strategic Marketing and Investor Relations. I've asked the team to provide an introduction to the company for those who are less familiar with the company.
