Welcome to the AudioEye 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. I will now turn the call over to the company to begin.
Good morning. I am Dr. Carr Bettis, Executive Chairman and Director of AudioEye. On behalf of AudioEye's Board of Directors and officers, I welcome you to our 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, which is now called to order. I will now call on James Spolar, our General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, to conduct the meeting.
Thank you, Carr. Good morning, everyone. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are holding this meeting virtually. Delaware law enables Delaware corporations such as AudioEye to hold annual shareholder meetings solely by means of what is termed as remote communication, which includes what we are doing today.
Using remote communications, stockholders can participate in the meeting, be deemed present and vote at the meeting. The polls are now open for voting. If
