Good morning, and welcome to the 2022 Annual Shareholders Meeting of AFC Gamma, Inc. I am Leonard Tannenbaum, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of AFC Gamma. It is my pleasure to welcome you here today to this meeting and to introduce Brett Kaufman, our Chief Financial Officer.

We're excited to be hosting our virtual meeting, which allows us to reach a greater number of our shareholders. We have shareholders attending via the web portal and the 800 number that we have provided.
As is customary, we will conduct the business portion of our meeting first and answer any questions following the end of the meeting. It is now 10:00 AM Eastern Time on Thursday, May 19, and this meeting is officially called to order.
