Agrify Corp Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning, everyone. I am Raymond Chang, I'm the Chairman and CEO, of Agrify Corporation. On behalf of the officers, directors, and employees of the company, I would like to welcome all of you to the aggregate phase 2023 annual meeting of stockholders, which was adjourned from January 8, 2024, solely with respect to proposal number three, it is now reconvened.
Thank you all for joining today. We are excited to be hosting our meeting virtually, which allows us to enhance safety and also be more inclusive. We have stockholders attending via the web portal and the toll-free number that we have provided in keeping with the digital approach of this year's meeting. It is now shortly after 10 AM Eastern Standard Time on January 22, 2024, and this meeting is officially called to order.
The agenda for today's annual meeting is currently posted in the web portal and is our intention to follow the agenda so that the purpose of meeting may be achieved in an orderly and expeditious fashion. In a few minutes, I will conduct the formal portion
