Welcome to AVANGRID's 2020 Annual General Meeting. I now turn the meeting over to our Chairman, Ignacio Galan.
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to AVANGRID's 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Thank you for joining us today during these unprecedented times for our country and the world. I hope you all are in staying safe. We want to stress our appreciation and gratitude for everyone on the frontline fighting this pandemic.
To ensure safety and follow best practices, the meeting is only virtual this year. I've asked Jim Torgerson, our Chief Executive Officer, to preside over the meeting from our headquarters; with the assistance of Scott Mahoney, our General Counsel and Secretary.
