Good morning, everyone. It's 10:00, Oslo time. My name is Geir Evenshaug. I'm a partner with the law firm Schjødt in Oslo, and I have been asked to open this Extraordinary General Meeting in Agilyx ASA.
The records show that there are approximately 46,650,000 shares and votes represented at this meeting, and that is equal to approximately 55.2% of the entire share capital.
