Welcome to the SNN Network Canada Virtual Event. I'd like to introduce our next presenter, Scott Tillman, CEO of Minerva Intelligence.

Thank you very much. And thank you to everyone listening in. I appreciate people taking some time out of their day. So I am here to tell you a little bit about Minerva Intelligence, and the very exciting things we have going on here. I will not spend too much time on the disclaimer statement. I'm sure we've seen many of them but moving straight into the meat and potatoes of our presentation.
What we are doing is helping to deal with climate risk problems. I think you know it's kind of front and center these days. Climate risk is real. The threats are manifesting at an ever-quicker rate.
The impacts are very clear on populations, businesses, governments, and some of the things that are kind of changing are that the data that is available so that we can take the appropriate actions to understand and mitigate risk.
