So Akoya, I'm thankful to be joined by a really special leadership team. Just I wanted to introduce them before I get into the details. Joe has been a CFO for many public company, a really seasoned executive; Niro, really, I'd argue, kind of one of the leaders in the spatial biology space; Fred, just an operational beast. He did a lot at Genomic Health, getting that ready for the acquisition by Exact Sciences.
Two more recent hires. We hired Dr. El-Gabry. He's a trained surgeon and pathologist, most recently ran the CDX division of Roche. He's going to be really important as we advance our clinical initiatives. And then formally having a Chief People Officer is a really important milestone for us, given our scale.
