Thank you. Good morning to everybody, and welcome to the call. We are going to follow the normal procedures, so I'll start with a couple of intro comments and then Jan and myself will go through the presentation basic.
First, let me back off from the call [report] a bit and just observe that we are now at the end of a 3 year program that was launched in the beginning of 2017. And it included a significant effort related to renewal of the product programs, rebuilding of our manufacturing infrastructure, and a host of other activities; with a main objective to drive the organic growth in the company.
