Thank you. Good afternoon, and welcome to the 2019 Annual Stockholders' Meeting of Allakos. I'm Robert Alexander, President and CEO of Allakos. It's my pleasure to welcome you here today, and thank you for joining us to this meeting. We're excited to be hosting our first meeting as a virtual meeting which allows us to be more inclusive and reach a greater number of stockholders.
We have stockholders attending via the web portal and the 800 number that we have provided. As will be our custom, we will conduct the business portion of our meeting first and answer questions about the business of the meeting at the end. Though we may not be able to answer every question, we will do our best to provide a response to as many as possible.
