Thank you, Jonathan. Yesterday, following the close of the market, we issued a press release announcing Allstate's agreement to sell Allstate Life Insurance Company. After prepared remarks by our Chair, President and CEO, Tom Wilson; and Chief Financial Officer, Mario Rizzo, we will have a question-and-answer session with the rest of our management team. The call will last 30 minutes. And we are finished before the market opens.
