I would now like to hand the conference over to your speaker, Mr. Pat Mackin, President and CEO of CryoLife, Incorporated and Chairman of its Board of Directors. Thank you. Please go ahead, sir.
Good morning. This is Pat Mackin, President, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors. I would like to call our annual meeting to order and welcome all of our attending stockholders. Joining us are members of our Board of Directors. Also present today are Ashley Lee, our CFO; Jean Holloway, our General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary. We also have with us Brian Pendley from Ernst & Young, our independent auditing firm, who is available for comment and to respond to questions if there are any. We are also joined by Ray Dunn from American Election Services, who will serve as our inspector of elections.
