Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp. My name is Ken Moore, and I'm the Chair of Algonquin's Board of Directors.
This year, out of an abundance of caution and to mitigate risks to the health and safety of our communities, shareholders, employees and other stakeholders, the meeting is once again being held in a virtual-only format through the Lumi virtual meeting platform. This platform is accessible to all of our shareholders and duly appointed proxy holders, regardless of their physical location and allows our registered shareholders and duly appointed proxy holders to participate, submit questions and vote upon the matters before us today. We're hopeful that we'll be able to host an in-person meeting of our shareholders next year.
