Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I'm Josh Levine, President and Chief Executive Officer of Accuray Incorporated, and it's a pleasure to welcome you to our 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
This year, we're holding a virtual annual meeting of stockholders. The meeting is being held virtually this year because of the public health risks associated with in-person meetings during the COVID-19 pandemic. We believe in engaging with our stockholders and maximizing their ability to meaningfully engage with us. We are pleased that our stockholders, no matter where they are located in the world today, can participate in this meeting in a virtual format.
