Hello, good morning, everybody. Welcome to the ARC Document Solutions Annual Stockholders' Meeting. It's now just past 09:00 am and the meeting will please come to order.
My name is Kumarakulasingam, Suriyakumar, and as Chairman of the Board of Directors, I'll be presiding over this virtual shareholder meeting.
ARC's current Directors and Director nominees are attending this meeting online, in a listen-only mode. They are: Bradford L. Brooks; Cheryl Cook; Thomas J. Formolo; John G. Freeland; Tracey Luttrell; Mark W. Mealy; Dewitt Kerry McCluggage.
As noted in our proxy statement, 2 of our Board members are not standing for reelection and are retiring today. I would like to thank Tom Formolo and John Freeland for their excellent service
