Hello. Good morning. My name is Jurgen Pullens, Director of Investor Relations for Arcadis, and I'd like to welcome you to this Arcadis analyst conference call and audio webcast. We decided to reintroduce the conference call with the quarterly update as a service to you and also to create ample opportunity to address your questions at one time.
