All right. Welcome, everybody. Glad you guys could make it. Today, our host company is American Resource Corporation. It is primarily a producer of metallurgical carbon or met coal. This is not the kind of coal you burn. It is used primarily as a source of carbon in making steel. The company's operations are based in Central Appalachian Basin and Eastern Kentucky and Southern West Virginia.
