Okay, let's go ahead and get started. And I'm sure we'll have a couple of folks wander in. Our next presenting company is a group I know well and I've watched them grow and --- go and grow over the years, Alliance Resource Partners. And I'm looking forward to their presentation. Thank you, Paul. Good morning, my name is Brian Cantrell; I'm the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Alliance Resource Partners. Appreciate everybody's attendance today.
I want to cover off on four major points this morning. First, I'll give a high-level overview of the Alliance organization, then will spend a little bit of time talking about our two business segments, our coal operations and our recent new segment in the oil and gas minerals area that's driving oil and gas royalty income.
