Okay. Well, thank you very much. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. My name's Owen Hegarty. I'm a Non-Executive Director of 29Metals and Chair of the Board of Directors. On behalf of my fellow directors, I'm delighted to welcome you here to the Annual General Meeting. Thank you very much for showing up. Thank you for your support, and thank you for your interest.
Today's AGM is being conducted as a hybrid meeting, designed to maximize the opportunity for our shareholders to participate. I will ask our company secretary in a moment to take us through some of the logistics for the shareholders participating online.
