AGL Energy Ltd Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning, everyone. My name is Patricia McKenzie, and I am your Chair. Welcome to AGL's 2023 Annual General Meeting. It's a pleasure for the AGL Board to be present in Sydney for today's meeting. You will notice that I'm chairing this meeting from the desk rather than at the lectern today. This is because I currently have an injury that prevents me from standing for long periods of time. Thank you for your understanding.
I would like to start the meeting by acknowledging the traditional owners of the land on which we meet today, the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation, and pay my respects to their Elders past and present. Shareholders attending via our online platform may be doing so from other ancestral lands, and I also pay my respects to the traditional owners of those lands and their Elders past and present.
