Thank you, operator, and good morning, everyone. I'd like to thank you all for joining us this morning to discuss Atlas Arteria's First Half 2019 Financial Results. We believe it is a solid performance and it's the first set of results of our newly internalized management team. I look forward to providing you with details about our performance and progress in building Atlas Arteria since we took over management 5 short months ago.
