ANZ Group Holdings Ltd Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Clare Morgan and I'm Group Executive Australia Commercial here at ANZ, and I'm a member of the Executive Committee. I will act as a moderator for today's Annual General Meeting.
Before the meeting starts, the Chairman has asked me to run through some housekeeping matters, particularly in relation to voting.
Today's AGM is an in-person AGM and shareholders and proxy holders present in the room have been given a voting card with a QR code. For those with smartphones, when the Chairman opens the poll, please scan the QR code with your device's camera. This will open an online voting page in your browser, accept the terms and conditions, then press the Vote icon and all resolutions will be activated with voting options. To cast your vote, simply select one of the options: for, against or abstain. There is no need to hit a Submit or Enter button as the vote is automatically recorded.
