Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Redbubble Limited. The Company Secretary has informed me that we have a quorum present. I therefore declare this Annual General Meeting of Redbubble open. My name is Anne Ward, and I'm delighted to address this meeting as your Chairman. I would like to take this opportunity for thanking all of you for taking the time to attend today's meeting. Your support and interest in the company's affairs are appreciated by the Board.
