Good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining today's FY '23 Full Year Results Webinar. My name is Reg Weine, and I am Bubs' new CEO and Managing Director, having first joined the business in April 2023 as an Independent Nonexecutive Director.
Over the past 5 months, I have been working closely with the Bubs' executive team, our Board and external advisers, and I recently led the Board's strategic review of the business. Today, I will be taking you through the FY '23 results presentation following our earlier release of the preliminary 4E financial results.
Today's presentation will cover the investment highlights and why I want you to continue to support Bubs, a brief introduction to me, the overarching strategy and our addressable market. I will then take you through the financial highlights and lowlights, the strategic imperatives and how we will win, and finally, our outlook for FY '24.
