Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Helen Kapalos, and I'm your emcee for today's Annual General Meeting of Coles Group Limited. My role is to help you understand how the meeting will work, how you can ask questions and how you can vote and to put your questions to the Chairman at the relevant time.
I would like to begin by thanking the Coles team members for that wonderful acknowledgment of country. Coles is extremely proud to be Australia's largest private sector employer of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. I would also like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the traditional custodians of country throughout Australia and pay my respects to elders past, present and emerging. I'd like to extend that respect to all indigenous Australians joining us today.
