Good morning, everyone, and welcome to Dalrymple Bay Infrastructure's 2022 financial results. I'm joined today by Stephanie Commons, our CFO. Today, we will be providing an update on our financial performance as well as other key business developments from FY '22, including the development of our transition plan, the regulatory reset, which has seen the company secure an inflation-linked uplift in our infrastructure charges and progress on our organic growth options, including both our nonexpansionary capital program and the 8X project.
