Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Bart Vogel, I'm the Chairman of Infomedia Ltd. Welcome to Infomedia's 2020 Annual General Meeting. The health and safety of our shareholders and our people is of paramount importance to us. In consideration of the potential health risks posed by the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and any associated restrictions on public gatherings, we've elected to hold this AGM as a virtual event.
There are several matters I need to mention with the format of our meeting being different from prior years. Firstly, every effort has been made to ensure the meeting is delivered in a way that allows you, our shareholders, to participate. However, if you experience technical difficulties, which preclude you from attending the meeting live, a recording will be available for you to review after the meeting on the company's website. Secondly, shareholders who were on the register as at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, the 9th of November, 2020, are eligible to vote at this meeting.
