Hello and welcome to the Jervois Global presentation for the Precious Metal Summit Europe. My name is James May, I'm the Chief Financial Officer of Jervois Global. We are a growing independent cobalt and nickel company, and I'll take you through the presentation of the company today including the background, strategic direction, and some of our recent achievements.

I'll start talking a bit about the background and introduction to the company. So Jervois Global is a company that's listed on the ASX. We're currently capitalized about AUD800 million.
We are a company that was originally around for a number of decades as a small, low-key exploration company, and went through a significant reset in 2017 with the installation of a new board and new management team.
