Kina Securities Ltd Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning. My name is Keli Taureka, and I am the Chairman of Kina Securities Limited. I have the pleasure in welcoming you to Kina's 2024 Annual General Meeting. We have a quorum of shareholders, and I'm pleased to declare the meeting open.
To encourage and facilitate broad participation for this meeting, the Board decided to continue the online format, which we began in COVID. I'm very pleased, therefore, to welcome all shareholders participating online today through Kina's virtual meeting platform.
