Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I am Mike Harding, and I am the Chairman of Lynas Corporation Limited. And I'm pleased to welcome you to this Annual General Meeting of the company.

Ladies and gentlemen, today's AGM is being filmed, and it's being live streamed via the Internet, and details are available on the Lynas website.

I would now like to introduce my fellow directors. Our Non-Executive directors are Kathleen Conlon, Philippe Etienne, John Humphrey and Grant Murdoch. Most of you will also know our Chief Executive Officer, Amanda Lacaze; also on stage is our company Secretary, Andrew Arnold. In addition, Gavin Buckingham and Scott Nichols, partners from our audit firm, Ernst & Young, are in the audience today and available to answer questions on the auditor's report in the financial statements.

I understand that all shareholders and visitors have registered our share registry boardroom before the meeting. The notice of the meeting was issued to shareholders on the 18th of October 2019, and
