Magellan Financial Group Ltd Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I'm Hamish McLennan, Chairman of Magellan Financial Group Limited. On behalf of the Board, I welcome you to our 2022 Annual General Meeting, which is now formally open and there is a quorum present.
I'd first like to acknowledge the traditional owners of the land from which I address you today, the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation and pay my respects to their elders past, present and emerging.
The Board agreed would be appropriate to host this year's AGM as a hybrid meeting, so the shareholders have the choice to either attending in person or online by the Lumi platform. I remind all shareholders attending virtually that you will be able to vote and ask questions during today's meeting, and I'll provide instructions on how to do it shortly.
