Thank you, Ashley. Welcome, everyone. I'm Peter Rowland, and I'm pleased to be talking to you today following the announcement yesterday that we have formed a long-term strategic relationship with Varex Imaging Corporation, the world's largest independent manufacturer of X-ray technology components. This provides Micro-X with AUD15 million in new funding, split between a technology license fee and a 9.9% strategic investment in Micro-X at a prudent price.

Also on the call with me today is Kingsley Hall, our Chief Financial Officer, who will talk through financial elements of the transaction, how the funds will be deployed, and our much stronger consequential financial position and funding runway.
