Thank you very much, and good morning, ladies and gentlemen. As the announcement said, we're here with -- I'm here with Gary in Elko, Nevada, the center of the gold-mining world. And we have an exciting and historic story to share with you today. We're pleased to announce that Gary and I have agreed to form a sensible joint venture of our outstanding assets and talent in Nevada and realize the synergies that have eluded both of our companies for decades. We view this as a benefit not only to our collective shareholders, but to our employees, local stakeholders and Nevada as a whole.
