Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to Freedom Foods' Annual General Meeting for the 2020 financial year. My name is Perry Gunner, the Chair of the Board. And I would like to thank you all for attending our first-ever online AGM this morning.
However, I need to notify you that we are adjourning for 15 minutes of the meeting to allow our notice we have lodged with the ASX to be released. We thank you for your patience in regard to this matter, and we'll be recommencing the meeting at 11:15 a.m. Sydney time.
