Thanks, Lexie, and good morning to everyone in Australia. Good afternoon to those here in the States. I'm calling from our Chicago office. And with me on the line in Dublin, I have Helena D'Arcy, our Interim CFO; and Niall O'Neill, our Chief Customer Officer, who will also be presenting today.
