Good morning. Welcome to the PointsBet Holdings Limited 2023 Extraordinary General Meeting. My name is Brett Paton, and I'm your Chair. We have a quorum, and I'm pleased to declare the meeting now open. I would like to welcome those shareholders who have joined us here today in person, together with those shareholders who are participating through our hybrid online meeting platform. Turning to the agenda for today's meeting. I note that there's -- it's now past 11 a.m. and that this is a properly constituted meeting. As a quorum for an extraordinary general meeting is present, I formally declare this 2023 meeting open.
