Pepper Money Ltd Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good afternoon, everyone, and welcome to Pepper Money Limited annual general meeting. My name is John Williams, and I am the Company's General Counsel and Company Secretary. I would like to begin by acknowledging the traditional custodians of the land on which we meet today, the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation, we pay our respects to each of their elders past present and emerging.
Following an address by our Chair, Michael Culhane and our CEO, Mario Rehayem, will move to the formal business of the meeting. Following that, shareholders will have an opportunity to ask questions of the Board and auditor, and we will also respond to questions that were provided prior to the meeting.
