Well, I think in the interest of time, we'll kick off. So good afternoon, ever second Strategy Day that we've presented at the Mint. In the room, we've got some of our Group executive at the front here, and then, we have the rest in the front row with Tim Longstaff, as [non-exec] Director in the front row as well. I encourage you all to have a drink, light refreshment afterwards, asking the burning questions anything you need to know, they will answer the questions.
Before we get underway, we'll try to kick off as quickly or as close to 3:00, as we can. In the unlikely event of an emergency, you'll hear the beep (inaudible) the one you leave on any of the exits, [medis] out the front, follow the guys with hats. Bathrooms out that door to the right and then to the left. But otherwise, as I said, after the presentation, we'll do some Q&As, and then we'll head outside and have some light refreshments till about 6:30.
