And gentlemen, it's 10:30, and welcome to this Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Qube Holdings Limited. My name is Allan Davies, and I'm the Chairman of Qube and its Board of Directors. I request that all mobile phones be switched off or put onto silent, and no filming of the proceedings is permitted.
A quorum of shareholders is present, so I declare this Annual General Meeting open.
Ladies and gentlemen, the Notice of General Meeting was sent to all shareholders, and I'll take the notice as read. I'd like to begin by introducing the other directors and the company's secretary. Firstly, on my left, Sam Kaplan, the Deputy Chairman; Maurice James, the Managing Director; Ross Burney, Director; Peter Dexter, Director; Alan Miles, a Director; Sue Palmer, Director; and our new Director, Steve Mann; and seated next to Steve on his left is William Hara, the company's secretary.
