Great. Thanks, Ally, and good morning, everyone. Thank you all very much for joining Resolute's Preliminary Financial Results Call.
I'm joined this afternoon here in Perth by -- with Doug Warden, our CFO; and our GM for Finance and Investor Relations, James Virgo.
We'll go over the 2021 results during this call. I'll make a few introductory remarks and then hand over to Doug to speak about the financials in a little bit more detail. At the outset, I think it's fairly clear that these results dominated by a number of impairment tax and fair value changes. We tried and will continue to try and simplify our results in the presentations, but appreciate that they're a fairly challenging read. Doug will take you through these in more detail, and I'm sure clarify the questions that you might have.
