Spark New Zealand Ltd Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript

On behalf of our Spark Board, it is my pleasure to report to shareholders on Spark's progress over the last year. My name is Justine Smyth, and I am Spark New Zealand's Chair.
Before we get started, there's just a few housekeeping matters to cover off. Bathrooms are located behind the atrium -- at the atrium behind the Subway and Victoria Sushi stores. In the unlikely event of an emergency, please leave the venue using the nearest exits and follow the instructions of the Spark staff on hand, who will direct you to the appropriate place assembly on Halsey Street.
With that taken care of, I'd now like to declare the meeting open. Today, you will hear from me as Chair of the board and also from Jolie Hodson as CEO. We will then put forward the resolutions as described in the Notice of Meeting and respond to general questions put to us by shareholders. This will be followed by polls of the resolutions.
